In my classrooms, I give room for the individuality of the different students, and each one’s unique way in gaining knowledge. I use multiple methods in teaching: discussion; analysis; simulation; Q and A; Laboratory. Also, occasionally, I implement inverted classroom where students take part by answering raised question even if it is a random guess. Deviation from right answers creates a contrast to the norm and help students to rectify their mind set accordingly, and understand the theory or the problem under discussion. I create a healthy and friendly environment throughout the course and become approachable to my students.
