Teaching has several dimensions. I take it as a commitment that requires careful planning and extensive follow up. There are goals and objectives that are carefully selected. Delivery of the contents requires dedication, participation and leadership. Involvement and teamwork are essential elements that help in keeping the students at the center of the process. Classroom environment needs to be monitored and adjusted to remain inclusive and stimulating. Running this process requires dynamic tools and pedagogical strategies that start with lecture notes and continue with the technology on an inspiring road. Delivery of the outcomes needs to be assessed and improved with candid student and peer feedback. All of this must work in conjunction with a living curriculum that connects the outcomes to the work environment and ethics should play an essential role in defining the values and building the student character.
