I believe that effective teaching places students at the center of the learning process. My role as an educator is to act as a facilitator, guiding and supporting students as they actively engage with course content and develop critical thinking skills. Rather than simply delivering information, I strive to create an inclusive and interactive environment where students feel encouraged to participate, ask questions, and apply their learning to real-life situations.
By recognizing the diverse needs and learning styles of my students, I aim to make education both accessible and meaningful. I am committed to providing continuous support and feedback to help each student navigate their unique learning journey and reach their full potential.
Ultimately, my goal is to empower students to take ownership of their education and to inspire a lifelong passion for learning.
