I believe all students have the capacity to learn that which is of interest to them, that given an opportunity with the write environment, they can achieve their interests through their own unique ways. I also believe it’s important for learners to develop progressively in an all-round manner where they grow in equal measures physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. To help learners achieve this, I as a teacher should play my role as a facilitator and provide a safe and secure environment for students. I must also endeavor to offer the necessary and appropriate guidance as I take them through the academic requirements for them to make best choices.
