I believe that my role as a Dean is to create an environment to students that is safe and is a place where the students acquire their wants and needs. My long-term goals are to invest in students’ capabilities and to guide them to be self-directed individuals. It is done by setting short term goals that are set to meet learning outcomes. Moreover, I believe that constructive approach is an ideal model to follow that would cultivate soft skills beside professional skills.
