I believe I have a certain responsibility towards the students, to become effective individuals to the development of their country. In order to do this, it is important to establish a mutually respectful, honest rapport with the students, and guide them to initiate steps towards innovation and globalization trends considering values and ethics and planning for their career successfully.
My academic career began at Ishik University, where I worked as a Research Assistant in the Business and Management Department from 2008 to 2012.
Since 2013, I have been teaching in the same department till date, covering various courses such as Introduction to Management, Performance Management, Strategic Management, Organization Theory, Entrepreneurship, and Business Research Methods.
