I believe teaching is a noble task of transferring knowledge through generations. Through this line of work, I try to stay close to the students’ level, making information as easy and digestible as possible.
I do not believe in spoon-feeding, and the students in my opinion need to follow and make effort to gain knowledge, something I try to force during my lectures.
I also think that education is a two-way process. On many occasions I find myself learning more than the students, and I consider this occupation, a reason to teach me more than me teaching the students.
