My main philosophy is that teaching does not only take place in class environment; a teacher should be ready for every situation to teach something in daily life settings, which is sometimes much more effective than class environment. Moreover, class management is not only achieved in the class. If you develop strong relations with students, it will make it easier for you to manage the class because the core of management is not strict behavior but sound relations with students. Teaching is more based on psychological components than cognitive ones such that an enthusiastic teacher gives more to the students than a knowledgeable teacher. What you try to convey to students may be a great deal in amount, but students only learn to the point they comprehend. It is the teacher’s duty to arrange the material for the students to learn at every level. Teacher-student interaction should not be restricted to class environment. It should be developed with out-of-class activities. The teacher should be ready for close relations with students in acceptable framework.
