As a teacher and mentor, it is important that I continue to grow within the teaching profession. I need to collect new ideas in medical and health science clusters, collaborate with various colleagues in interdisciplinary subjects, and reflect on my own teaching practice. It is essential for me to understand what the students expect from me and the course, as well as what I expect from the students. I take interest in my student’s academic growth, often giving advice based on my experiences as a student, life-long learner and as a medical educator.
