Each class has its own unique community, our role as a lecturer is to see ourselves as a facilitator and is to assist each student in developing their own potential and learning styles. we will give a curriculum that will include each varying learning style, as well as make the content relevant to the students' lives. we will incorporate hands-on learning, projects, cooperative learning, group, and individual work that engage and activate students learning. as we see teaching as involving a reciprocal relationship between Lecturer and students- we believe that, Lecturer have duties to their students and that students have duties to their instructor.
